CNN covered a report on the dangers of high heels and even flip flops (huh? lol). Ladies, DEFINTELY check this out and be informed.

I LOVE high heels as much as the next chica but this sure did make me want to cut back on the high heel usage!

LOL @ “gellin”. I need to start gellin more often. Those stilettos are so cute but so hurtful… like men. LMAO
