The fashion world has just been devastated with horrible news that Alexander McQueen was found dead in his home in London of an apparent suicide. He was only 40 years old. This news comes days before London Fashion Week and a month before he premieres his new collection at Paris Fashion Week.

With his creations, McQueen was always outside the box. Doing the norm was never an option. He was awarded the distinction of British designer of the year four different times between 1996 and 2003. His clothes can always be seen on red carpets by celebrity fashionistas, such as Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Kelis.

McQueen premiered his men’s collection at Milan Fashion Week just a few weeks ago and, as alway,s he did not disappoint.
